Which licence for a press article? v
The "Standard editorial usage" licence is for you. It covers web and non-commercial print use. It is non-exclusive. Fixed price: 500,00 €.
What is the 24h exclusivity? v
The 24h exclusivity guarantees no other media will use this photo for 24h. A timestamped exclusivity certificate is issued.
Is "image rights" included? v
No. The licence covers photography copyright only. The image rights of photographed individuals are separate and the buyer's responsibility.
Can I use an editorial photo for an ad campaign? v
No. Editorial usage explicitly prohibits advertising. For a campaign you must purchase a commercial licence.
How does the complete gallery pack work? v
The gallery pack gives access to 20–50 selected photos from a single event. A licence agreement is sent before delivery.
In what format are photos delivered? v
All photos are delivered as high-resolution JPG without watermark. For commercial licences, RAW files can be provided on request. Delivery via a secure link, valid 7 days, maximum 5 downloads.
How are dynamic prices calculated? v
Prices can vary based on demand: votes, polls, real-time popularity. The base editorial price remains fixed at 500,00 €.
