Your Guide to Using the Profile Page on Objectif Festival
Hello! This tutorial will walk you through the features of your profile page on Objectif Festival. Whether you’re a client or an admin, follow these steps to make the most of it.
Step 1: Access Your Profile
Visit your profile at profile.php. You’ll need to log in first—don’t worry, you’ll be redirected to the login page if you’re not signed in yet!
Step 2: View Your Personal Information
At the top, you’ll see your profile card with details like your name, address, email, and social media links. Click “Edit Profile” to update your info or “View My Contracts” to check your agreements.
Step 3: Manage Your Photos
In the “My Photos” section, browse your uploaded images. You can delete them with the “Delete” button or buy them via PayPal with the “Buy” button. Want more? Click “View My Full Gallery” to see everything.
Step 4: Check Your Quotes
The “My Quotes” section lists your photography session quotes. See details like date, location, and status (Pending, Validated, or Refused). Download a PDF of any quote with the “Download PDF” button.
Step 5: Chat with Support (or Clients for Admins)
Use the “Instant Chat” section to message support. Type in the box and hit send—messages update every 2 seconds. Admins see all client chats and can select a recipient from a dropdown.
